chocolate ice is tim pledger's account of a world in which technological, spritual and biological warfare has rendered the trappings of normality obsolete. it is a world where the outcast pharmacists have been engaged by the super rich to destroy the underclasses with highly toxic and addictive chemical drugs that rip at the heart of family and social life. but there is hope, a bohemian enclave of outcasts are fighting back to restore some sense of meaning in the world. led by the incredibly charismatic uncle e the group is organised and tactile in its pursuit of a world where freedom for all is a right to be shared.
